The most common problem when signing up is not receiving an email to activate your account. Here are some steps that you can take to fix this.
- Be sure to check your bulk or spam email folder
- Attempt to login to FaithMe. If your account hasn't been activated, this will send a new email.
- If you still do not receive an email, you may have to disable proprietary spam filters provided by your email provider.
- If you do not know how to do this, you can simply use a different email address and repeat the signup process. Some email providers that are known to work are Yahoo!, GMail, and Hotmail.
